Hi, I’m Ben.

Controls Engineer | University of Pennsylvania, The Cooper Union

I’m a first-year Master’s student in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Mechatronic and Robotic Systems. I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union in 2024, where I also minored in Computer Science.

I’m focused on developing a strong foundation in control theory, optimization algorithms, and computational techniques to prepare for a career in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) engineering. My academic interests also include machine learning, fluid dynamics, and system identification.

I’m also passionate about music — I play the piano/keyboard from time to time and my record collection is growing at an unexpectedly rapid rate.
